Not happy! Australian customers on service
An article written by Alexandra Smith from the Sunday Morning Herald has given some outstanding statistics about Australians and their attitudes towards customer service. According to an international study across 10 countries, which explores public attitudes towards customer service, it has found that 40 per cent of Australians feel that businesses fail to meet their expectations. Customers still hanging up on Vodafone
An article written by the news.com.au business section discusses how the Vodafone Hutchison Australia's (VHA) boss has pledged to improve services in an attempt to stop the exodus of customers from the mobile phone company.
